For us, that’s where it begins.
The beauty industry is constantly evolving, with new technologies, research, ingredients and techniques changing how we approach everything from skincare to nails.
That’s why ongoing education is such an important part of life at Dante.
We work closely with our professional brand partners and external industry leaders to continually develop our team’s knowledge and practical skills.
But education at Dante isn’t only about learning the newest treatment.
It’s about getting the fundamentals right first.
We only employ therapists and nail technicians who have completed formal training through accredited beauty colleges or academies, and then build on those foundations through ongoing Dante and brand-specific education.
It’s something you’ll see throughout our team.
Our senior therapists share knowledge with newer members. Our managers mentor and support their teams. Brand educators visit the salon. And Jade and Terri remain actively involved in learning and training too.
Because the moment you believe there’s nothing left to learn is probably the moment you stop getting better.
