Come with clean lashes and, ideally, no eye make-up.

We can cleanse the area in the treatment room, but removing heavy eye make-up immediately before treatment can leave the eye area feeling more sensitive and products or oils left on the lashes may interfere with preparation.

If you wear contact lenses, you’ll need to remove them for the treatment, so please remember to bring your lens case with you.

Because lifting and tinting treatments use active chemical formulations and hair colourants, allergic reactions are possible.

Please contact us when booking and we’ll advise whether a patch test is required before your treatment. Always tell us about previous sensitivities or reactions.

Every set of brows and lashes is different.

The length, thickness, condition, natural growth direction and growth cycle of your hairs can all influence your finished result. That’s also why you may occasionally notice a slight difference between one appointment and the next.

We’ll take before-and-after photographs so you can properly see the transformation.

And if you’ve seen a particular look you love, show us! It helps your therapist understand whether you want something soft and natural or a more dramatic result.

Results can last up to around eight weeks, depending on your individual lash growth cycle and aftercare.

Yes, you should still see a difference, but very downward-growing or resistant lashes may not necessarily achieve the same dramatic result as naturally upward-growing lashes after one treatment.

And this is where we believe patience beats over-processing.

Rather than leaving lifting products on for longer simply to chase a more dramatic curl – and potentially compromising the condition of the natural lash – we’d rather work progressively and reassess your lashes before your next treatment.

Your natural hair condition and growth cycle need to be considered between treatments.

Many clients find their results last around 6–8 weeks but rather than automatically reprocessing the hairs because a certain number of weeks has passed, we’d prefer to assess their condition and advise when they’re ready for another treatment.

We recommend keeping the lashes dry for the first 24 hours and avoiding steam, saunas and swimming during this initial setting period.

Give your brows and lashes time to settle first.

If you’re unsure, we can complete the lamination and shaping first and then decide whether you’d like additional colour.

It’s also worth remembering that freshly laminated brows can sometimes take tint differently, so your therapist will select and time your colour accordingly rather than automatically treating every brow the same way.

Brow tint is designed primarily to colour the brow hairs, although some temporary staining of the skin underneath can contribute to that beautifully crisp, freshly tinted appearance.

This skin staining will gradually fade as you cleanse your face, while the colour within the brow hairs lasts longer.

No, you need to leave your brow hairs and lashes bare for the treatment to fully process and settle. Adding any other product onto the hairs straight away is going to effect how long the treatment lasts for.
So just be patient and wait that day! You can do it!

We can use some professional tint remove to help lift the tint off the skin and brow hairs, but also bear in mind this will automatically become lighter within the first 24hrs and after you’ve washed your face.

If still after 24hrs you feel its too dark, we can lighten them up a little bit. If you’re nervous from the start about your brows going too dark, we can tint them gradually and apply multiple layers, going darker each time until you’re happy.

We can mix the tint for you to achieve a very natural brown or even light brown, it’s not just dark brown/black. We have you covered!
